Corrections
If a fee, limit or feature in a review is wrong, send the page address and what you saw, with a screenshot if you have one. We check it against the product and, if you are right, correct the review and add a note saying what changed.
Companies
We are happy to hear about new products and changes to existing ones. We do not accept payment for reviews, scores or placement, and we do not send drafts for approval.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover funds, reverse transactions, or contact an exchange on your behalf, and we cannot give personal investment advice. For a problem with an account, contact the provider's own support first.
